General
- All fares are per person, one-way.
- Travel is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage, which can be reviewed at STAR Marianas Air Terms and Conditions.
- Fares are subject to change without notice.
Baggage Allowance
- Each passenger is limited to 20 lbs. of baggage and one personal item such as a backpack or purse not to exceed 10 lbs. Any baggage in excess of 20 pounds is subject to an excess baggage weight charge of $0.35 per additional pound.
Children's Policy
- Infants under 2 years travel free on a parent’s lap (birth certificate or valid ID required).
- Children aged 2 and older pay adult fares.
Check-In
- Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure.
Booking Policy
- Advance booking/payment is not required for travel between Saipan and Tinian. However, passengers with bookings will receive priority for check-in and boarding.
- Walk-in customers are welcomed and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis after those with reservations.
Additional Fees
- A fee of $10.00 will be charged for the reprinting of any document or boarding pass.

- M - Military Fare: Valid military ID required. Non-transferable.
- B - CNMI Resident Fare: A valid CNMI government-issued ID (e.g., mayor’s ID, driver’s license) or school ID is required.
- S - Senior Citizen Fare: Valid CNMI Office on Aging Senior Citizens Discount Card required. Limit one ticket per cardholder and non-transferable.

- S - Senior Citizen Fare: Valid CNMI Office on Aging Senior Citizens Discount Card required. Limit one ticket per cardholder and non-transferable. Advance purchase required. No changes allowed.
Identification and Check-in
- A valid ID must be presented at check-in.
- Check-in closes 15 minutes before departure.
- Passengers must be at the boarding area at least 10 minutes before departure to avoid being considered a no-show.

  - Open Itineraries: Treated as cancellations; refunds issued minus a $20 service fee per passenger.
- Between 24 and 72 Hours Prior to Departure:
  - Changes: Subject to a $45 change fee per passenger.
  - Cancellations: Subject to a $45 service fee per passenger.
- Less Than 24 Hours Prior to Departure:
  - No changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
Special Circumstances
- Passengers who misrepresent their weight by more than 15 pounds or are the last to check in may be denied boarding in certain circumstances where aircraft capacity is reached. Efforts will be made to accommodate denied passengers on the next available flight.
